The rich experience of the company Oki Logistics, an extensive network of branches and long-term partnerships with major airlines will help you choose the optimal solution for air transportation of your cargo.

The cost of air transportation (tariffs) today depends on the weight of the cargo, dimensions, nature of the cargo, hazard class of the cargo, flight category (regular or charter), the choice of the airline, as well as additional services for paperwork and cargo escort. The minimum paid weight for air transportation is 45 kg. The cost of air transportation also depends not only on the weight of the cargo, but also on its volume (volumetric weight).

Aviatransportation (air transportation)

is a method of transportation using aircrafts.

The information about the cargo which must be provided in order to carry out the cargo transportation:

You must provide information about the category of the flight you have chosen, packing list, volume, weight and dimensions of the cargo, conditions of transportation, information about the sender and recipient.

Flight category

is a value that shows how much space in an aircraft this or that cargo will take based on its density. You need to find out which is more - weight or volumetric weight. The price is calculated based on the larger value.

The following formula is used to calculate the volumetric weight: Volumetric weight = length x width x height (in cm) / 6000

Documentation used for the transportation of cargo:

1.For shipping clearance:

Cargo shipper's letter with instructions for issuing an air waybill (AWB);

AWB - Air Way Bill (AWB) - a document confirming the existence of an agreement between the Cargo shipper and the carrier (airline or airline agent) on the transportation of cargo by the carrier's airlines. This document accompanies the cargo shipped by an international carrier, includes shipping information, and allows us to track shipments. The cargo receiver has several copies so that the parties involved in the shipment can document this.

MAWB (Master Air Waybill) - (main or master waybill) has a serial number with an airline prefix and is assigned by the airline itself. This waybill contains the names and addresses of agents of those countries from where the goods are sent and where they arrive.
HAWB (House Air Waybill) - (house or internal waybill). Carries a serial number with the HAWB prefix, which is assigned by the agent himself/herself. This waybill contains all information about the sender and recipient according to the attached invoice;
SHIPPER'S DECLARATION FOR DANGEROUS GOODS;
